Step 1 · Discover
We sit down — in our Siliguri office, on a call, or on video — and understand the student's academic record, career goals, family budget, and any constraints (timing, location, scholarships needed). We ask the questions that determine whether studying abroad is even the right move for this family.
Step 2 · Shortlist
Based on the discovery call, we shortlist 4–8 universities across our Global Reach panel that match on academic fit, course content, budget, and post-study work goals. We explain the trade-offs of each — not just the pros.
Step 3 · Apply
We project-manage applications: forms, transcripts, SOP and LOR drafting, scholarship applications, English-test scheduling, deadline tracking, and university follow-ups. The student writes — we coach, structure, edit, and chase.
Step 4 · Decide
Offers come in. We help the family compare them on the things that matter — total cost, scholarship value, location, cohort quality, post-study work outcomes — not just rankings.
Step 5 · Interview & document prep
Financial-proof guidance, document preparation, and a mock interview so you walk in ready. Requirements change often — we work from the current country-specific checklist, not last year's.
Step 6 · Land
Pre-departure briefing covering accommodation, banking setup, SIM cards, travel insurance, currency, and what to do in your first week. We stay reachable on WhatsApp once you arrive.
