• To prepare and submit university applications on your behalf, only after you give explicit consent for each application.

We share your information with universities only after you authorise us to apply on your behalf to a specific university. We never sell your information. We never share it with third-party marketers.

Operational subprocessors we may use include hosting and analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity), email-notification providers (e.g., Web3Forms), WhatsApp Business API providers, and our customer-relationship management system. We do our best to choose providers with appropriate data-protection practices.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide counseling and application services, and for a reasonable period after to support reapplications, scholarships, and follow-up. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to siliguri@globalreachonline.com.
